What counts as an invoice?
Any successfully processed invoice counts toward your monthly allowance. This includes: expense invoices, income invoices, email-imported invoices, uploaded PDF invoices, and camera-scanned invoices. The following do not count: duplicates, failed processing attempts, ignored attachments, and non-invoice documents.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You can continue to access your existing data, analytics and exports. New invoices cannot be processed until your next billing cycle starts, or you upgrade to a higher plan.
