§ 1 Provider
The provider of the Dumpstera platform is:

§ 2 Scope
- These Terms apply to the use of the Software-as-a-Service platform ("Dumpstera") of Zepia UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
- The platform is directed at both entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) and consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
- Deviating terms of the user shall not apply unless their applicability has been expressly agreed to in writing.
§ 3 Subject Matter
- Dumpstera is cloud-based software for organizing, analyzing and managing invoices and other documents.
- Functions may in particular include:
- Upload of invoices and receipts
- Forwarding invoices via email
- AI-based extraction of invoice data
- Analysis of income and expenses
- Export of documents and data
- Collaboration within workspaces

§ 4 Registration and User Account
- Use requires the creation of a user account.
- Registration is possible via email/password or supported Single Sign-On methods.
- The user is obliged to keep their access credentials confidential.
- The user is responsible for all activities carried out via their account.
§ 5 Workspaces
- Users can create one or more workspaces.
- Each workspace is organizationally separated.
- Users can invite further persons to a workspace.
- The workspace owner is responsible for assigning permissions.
§ 6 Freemium Model and Prices
- Each workspace can process up to 100 invoices free of charge.
- An invoice counts as processed once it has been successfully analyzed by the platform.
- Once the free quota is reached, additional invoices can only be processed as part of a paid plan.
- The paid plan currently includes processing of up to 500 invoices per workspace per month at a price of EUR 10.00 per month.
- The current prices are displayed within the platform.
§ 7 Term and Termination
- Paid plans are concluded for an indefinite period.
- The contract can be terminated by either party at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month.
- Once the termination takes effect, the workspace is downgraded to the available free plan, provided the requirements for it are met.
- Statutory rights to extraordinary termination remain unaffected.
§ 8 AI-Based Data Extraction
- Dumpstera uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and extract structured data.
- The results may be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
- The user is obliged to verify any information generated by the software before using it for business, tax or legal purposes.
- Dumpstera does not warrant the factual correctness of automatically extracted data.
§ 9 No Tax Advice
- Dumpstera does not provide tax advice, legal advice or accounting services.
- The platform provides technical tools only.
- Responsibility for tax filings, accounting records and official reports remains entirely with the user.
§ 10 Content and Uploaded Documents
- The user remains the owner of all uploaded content.
- The user grants Zepia the rights required to store, analyze and provide the documents within the platform.
- The user warrants that they are entitled to have the uploaded content processed.
§ 11 Availability
- Zepia strives for the highest possible availability of the platform.
- There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability at all times.
- Maintenance work, security updates and technical disruptions may result in temporary restrictions.
§ 12 Data Backup and Data Export
- Users can export their data using the available export functions.
- After the end of the contract, data may be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
- The user remains responsible for backing up their business-critical data.
§ 13 Prohibited Use
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- use the platform in an abusive manner,
- upload malware,
- circumvent security mechanisms,
- use third-party accounts,
- infringe the rights of third parties.
§ 14 Liability
- Zepia is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
- In cases of simple negligence, Zepia is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contractually typical damages.
- The limitations of liability do not apply in cases of injury to life, body or health, or to mandatory statutory liability.
- Liability for lost profits, indirect damages or tax disadvantages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 15 Data Protection
Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the current privacy policy.
§ 16 Changes to the Terms
- Zepia may amend these Terms with effect for the future.
- Users will be informed of material changes in good time.
§ 17 Final Provisions
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
- The place of jurisdiction in relation to entrepreneurs is Munich.
- Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
